Executive Tasks:

  1. Confirm Date: Usually middle/late Thursday, 1st month each quarter
  2. Decide on Speaker: Work with Events Committee
  3. Confirm date with Venue
  4. Prepare Agenda and post to Google Drive
  5. Confirm prior meeting minutes posted to Google Drive
  6. Inform communications to post announcement
  7. Keep venue informed of guest count

Communication Tasks:

  1. Announcement in Newsletter
  2. Add Website Event
  3. Reset RSVP form (WP – Formidable)
  4. Include Google Drive link for Agenda and Minutes
  5. Provide President with link to Attendance List (on Event Page)
